About
A family firm with an international outlook
EMENTO takes its name from the family behind it: Ema, Enio and Tosku. It was founded in Tirana by Evilsidio Tosku, a project manager with more than fifteen years of experience delivering technology and transformation projects for banks, telecom operators and government institutions.
He has led multi-million-euro public-sector programmes, introduced portfolio governance in the banking sector, and modernised regional telecom networks. He holds six international certifications in project management, IT service management, cybersecurity and AI governance, and a national professional design licence from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.
